Rio Piedra is an Orvis endorsed quail hunting plantation in Camilla, GA. When the current owners purchased the property, the facilities consisted of a plain two-story structure in need of serious remodeling.

The initial renovation added two 2-bedroom cabins, a wraparound porch with a drop-off area, and 2 new luxury rooms. The kitchen, the 2 dining rooms, and the bar were enlarged and modernized. Part of this addition included a second story for offices.

The second reconstruction further modified the kitchen, built a gathering place with private dining, and created a lobby area with bathing facilities for hunters. A third cabin completed the changes.
