Sam’s Express was designed to be a full-service or an express car wash with a 90’ tunnel that could be a 3, 300 square foot free standing structure or it could be combined with a 3,600-square foot convenience store with gas canopies. Sam’s Express and Convenient stores are located in Charlotte, NC area.

The client designed a colorful tennis shoe as an inspiration for the colors and textures on the building. Therefore, the structure consists of bright material ranging from concrete masonry units, stacked brick, ACM panels, and a curved standing seam metal roof. The equipment was provided by Sonny’s.
